Change/Customize Event Availability Label

I'd like to be able to change the default text that appears when an event is Sold Out. We are taking down an event but don't want to delete it and instead of it saying Sold Out, we want it to say Cancelled. i can't figure out where in Altru to change this information. See attached screenshot.

    When we cancel a class, we usually update the event title and add 'Cancel' to it. We also update the Webform at the Program level and Event level and add 'Cancel.' However, I believe another way to do so is update the language through 'Manage Event Registration Form.' You should be able to customize language such as 'Sold Out', but the downside is you will have to do this for every event, but there may be another way to do this.
