Hey everyone - I've got multiple Blackbaud Raisers Edge NXT Constituent connectors (in multiple environments, multiple clients) that have started to have connection issues around 1:10pm CT today. When looking at the details I see this… “Error: OAuth 2 access token refresh failed. Client ID and secret sent in form body.. Response status code=InternalServerError. ”

When trying to reconnect, I get the green pulsing circle after entering credentials and then this screen.



Is anyone else experiencing this issue too?

    Hey, @Austen Brown. We experienced an issue earlier today that impacted the availability of our Marketplace and subsequently SKY API Authorization. This should have cleared up around 1:42 CT. Very sorry about this.
