Application Creation Limit- Low Code Clients

Options

I went in to create an add-in and I received the warning that I have reached my maximum applications allowed. I saw an email about this but honestly I thought it was for vendors, not clients.

I really don't have that many, a few add-ins but I guess they do add up.

I'm not sure what my next step is, are they creating a price structure so clients can create more? I see you can become a Partner, is that for clients also?

I also added my Applications to our Org team, which I kept forgetting to do. I thought that would give me more applications but nothing changed.

Any thoughts around this?

Thanks,

Carol

More info can be found at https://community.blackbaud.com/blogs/69/10026 . When you say you have “a few add-ins”, do you have a separate app for each add-in? You can have multiple add-ins attached to the same App, even if they don't directly interact with each other.

I have one application (so have 9 more that I'll likely not use), and in it is 18 add-ins

Thanks all of you!! See I never knew you could do that. YAY! There were all separate applications.

  • @Glen Hutson and how to do you move existing add-ins to one application? I didn't see anything about that. Or is it that any new add-ins need to be added to an existing application?

There's no “move” option, but recreate isn't hard neither, just open the existing one in another browser window, and you are just copying addin name, URL, and extention point.

Make sure if you've got the “Validate User Identity Token” or otherwise have your APP ID listed in your flow that you update that as well to the new App.

Thanks for that comment. This would definitely trip up the “move” =D
