I have a flow that is set up to grab a file from a Blackbaud FTP folder when a new file is added. The Queue export ran as expected Friday evening, but the flow didn't trigger/start until this morning. This is new - in previous runs, the flow as triggered/started immediately after the file was exported. Has anyone experienced something like this before?

    I have not experience this in recent months. I do remember it had happened before and I was able to resolve it after deleting the SFTP connection and re-creating it.

    Can you post your flow? I'd like to take a look at how you got it to work. I'm working on something to pull from my SFTP, but it seems to be looking at the wrong folder in the ftp and I can't point it to another.

    You will have to first find out if you are Azure hosted or Blackbaud hosted. In your RE NXT Database view options, under the FTP access account information section, you should be able to tell from the Server field.

    here's a post I did a while ago, it is for Azure SFTP, but I remember the replies may have gone into talking about blackbaud hosted, in case you are in that situation
