  • @Linton Myers I am brand new to PA/Flow, please can you let me know how to import the Flow itself? Thanks!

Hi, Tammy! You would need to login to the Power Automate site first. Then from the main screen, you should see an Import button (see screenshot). If you don't have that, you likely don't have the appropriate permissions and would need to have those added to your profile.

  • @Linton Myers I've been running this flow for a while but stopped this week. It is giving me an error message:
“This SKY API service is not available in this Blackbaud Environment.”
Any idea what is causing this?

if the error message is indicative to the problem, then you may want to check to make sure your permission setting in developer.blackbaud.com is good. (assuming you are the one that created it).

you can always create a new flow, that ONLY does 1 action, get gift list, and see if it works.

  • @Alex Wong Thanks, Alex. It does say I'm connected. I reached out to our IT people to see if this is a problem on our end but I like your idea to do a new one.
