I can't find a way to do this, but I'm hoping I'm just missing something and someone here can help.

We have a giving society that looks at cumulative, committed giving to a specific fund on an annual basis and includes soft credits. We have a manual process to calculate a donor's respective level in the society and then add or update a constituent attribute on their record noting their level.

I would like to use Power Automate to daily pull a list of new gifts to that fund, get each corresponding constituent, sum their giving to that fund for the fiscal period (stored in a variable), and then based on the value of the variable, add or update the corresponding membership level attribute. This would work as intended (I think) except for soft credits.

Does the List Gifts action include soft credits? I can't find a way to filter/specify. I know there is an output for each gift that shows the presence of a soft credit recipient, but that's not what I need.

    @Dan Snyder Thanks. I like the flow! Unfortunately, I don't think I can adapt that one. Our giving society resets annually and is based on cumulative committed gifts for the year, including soft credits.

    I've considered the possibility of using NXT Lists to accomplish this, but constituent lists don't yet allow creation of a column for total giving to a specific fund. If it weren't for the need to include soft credits, it could all be handled in Power Automate.

    I was hoping there was a way I was missing to generate a list of a constituents giving including soft credits. I would even take a way to generate a list of only soft credits and add it to the variable.

    @Scott Smith Sorry, just seeing this. I think you can do this in an NXT Constituent List with the Total Giving filter. You might need to create a list for each level, but then you can add that to your List Gifts action. The other thing is I am not sure how many constituents you have who end up at one of these levels. You could run into limits as the year goes on since a list like this would not get only the new members, but all of them.

    I'm having this issue as well. I'm working on a flow to work through a list of gifts for a given list of constituents, and it's not realistic for me to manually create a unique gift list for over 600 people one by one, and then delete them all.

    I posted the idea that this be included in a future update if anyone else experiencing this (or who just wants the feature) would like to upvote it:
