    Hi Ashley! We've seen with this error that if you wait a day and try it again, it will load correctly or with the “Save as new” link. I would say give it 24 hours and try the import again, that seems to be working for folks with this issue. Let us know if that does the trick!

    Thanks Stacy, I left it over the weekend and I am still having the same error, any further ideas? Would it make any difference with me being in the UK?

    Hi Ashley - I've been reading through some posts on other forums this morning, the issue persisting may be because you are UK based. Can you try importing the flow when your browser is in incognito mode? Let us know what happens.
