Imported the available flow, trying to create the switch to separate different letter templates to match with the account manager (Fundraiser) attached to each gift.

cannot see the Fundraiser column in NXT gift list.

  • Padman -

Are you using the Letter conditional template and corresponding letter template found here?

  • NOTE - Fundraiser name is going to add some complexity into your flow because you can have multiple fundraisers on the gift. You will need to account for that in the logic you build into the flow.

It might be easier as a starting point to just create a different workflow for each fundraiser that corresponds to single letter type, especially if you are a new Power Automate user.

  • Hello,

Yes I do use a conditional template.

here is my ultimate requirement, we have account managers linked to each donor, and they have their own signature in the letter template for acknowledgment letters, we need to automate the acknowledgment letters pick the corresponding template based on the account manager attached to the donor, what is the best way to achieve this, what is the best column we should use to make the condition to work.

    Cheers

@Padman DeSilva, are the account managers hand-signing the letters? If so, you can program a conditional template outside of Power Automate with “nested if” statements such that it will put the fundraiser's name, title, etc. as text in the signature line--I don't think it will let you conditionally insert images, though. If they are hand-signing, I've posted my org's “nested if” documents (export template, conditional merge template, and instructions) in case they're helpful to you:
