I'm unable to connect to Blackbaud Raisers Edge NXT through the connectors. It says ‘Premium’ so I purchased 'Power Automate per user with attended RPA plan' thinking that would enable me to then connect but it still does not allow me to. Which Power Automate license do I need to purchase to be able to connect to ‘Blackbaud Raisers Edge NXT’?

    We recommend a per user plan (with or without attended RPA) to use our Connector. You have the correct license. Are you able to connect to other premium connectors and just not the RE NXT one?

    Hello Tambri, were you able to connect to RE NXT using power automate. I am currently running into the same issue.

    Hi, for me I realized a silly mistake, I was using the search bar in the middle (which only looks up the connectors but doesn't allow for connecting) - I needed to use the search bar to the far right to look up the connector and then it had a “connect” option.

    Anyone ever figure this out? I am having the same issue. BB chat was no help and they told me it was a Microsoft issue. All of my NXT connectors are listed under “premium”.
