Hello. I've been able to successfully follow the steps the Add-In Button Merge flow outlined here:

However, I'm getting the following error when I try to use button. Can someone help troubleshoot?

    Hi Amy - I posted on the other thread, but essentially it's totally my fault as I had an error in the docs. Take a look at Step 8 has been updated:

    Add-in URL – For the first part of the URL, enter https://app.blackbaud.com/addin-webrequest-action?url=. After the "url=" paste in an encoded version of the URL you copied from Power Automate. Then, after the Power Automate URL you pasted in, enter &title=Create%20Simple%20Acknowedgment.

    Now I'm getting a different error: The web request action returned an error response: 502.

    Guys and gals - Thank you for your patience. I spent the afternoon being stumped why the flow stopped working and was throwing the error message now. I think we've fixed the issue. Could you kindly download the new template from the Tutorial page and let me know if it's working on your end?

    It was throwing an error, but I noticed it was creating the file properly. I checked the flow run for errors, and once I solved those it is working perfectly! Thank you!

    @Jessica Frazier - It looks like Amy was able to move past the 502 error, so I'm posting in this thread to see if help can be offered from this group.

    Yes, @Jessica Frazier once I resolved any errors in the flow itself the button worked very well. If you go to flow.microsoft.com, find your flow, and click on the flow name you will get a list of 28-day run history. Click on the most recent date which will open the flow attempt and show you the specific step that is causing the error.
