We’re excited to share with you the enhancements of our new checkout experience in the latest Luminate Online releases with focus on performance and logging, as well as enhancements to support the new payment features.

Release 25.3.1a Highlights (May 2025)
  • The getDonationFormInfo API returns an application name of either Luminate or TeamRaiser.
  • Clearer error messages are now returned for failed TeamRaiser registrations, such as: "No event specified, or the event could not be found."

Release 25.3.1 Highlights (April 2025)
  • We’ve optimized the checkout experience to reduce processing time and improve responsiveness across all donation forms.
  • We’ve tested and improved the Auto-Migration Compliance Script.
  • When unarchiving forms, admins see a helpful message reminding them that archived forms should be updated with checkout.
  • A "Processed" message appears briefly during donation checkout to reassure donors that their transaction is progressing. This message is available in English, French, and Spanish—no setup required.
  • Resolved issues

These updates are crucial for compliance and improving the donor experience. We’ve also made internal improvements to better monitor, identify, and resolve the payment processing experience.
