Learn about a BIG change coming to the Blackbaud Community, a new monthly badge challenge, show your love for bbcon, and more!

We're thrilled to share some exciting news with you—our community is about to get a major upgrade! We're transitioning to a brand-new platform designed to enhance your experience with a fresh and modern look, a more personalized experience, and a new forum content tagging system that will make finding and sharing information easier.

As we make this transition, please be aware that the entire Blackbaud Community will be in a read-only mode from July 25th through August 4th. During this period, you'll still be able to browse discussions and blogs and use the idea banks (submitting and voting on product feature ideas), but starting new discussions and replying to existing discussions will be temporarily unavailable.

We’ll have more communications over the next few weeks in the lead up to the switch. Mark your calendars for Monday, August 4th, when our revamped community will go live—we can’t wait for you to explore all the new features!

.July Monthly Challenge

Ahead of the move to a new platform, it’s a great time to make sure your profile is up-to-date to help other members learn more about you and the most current information is being migrated over.

You can access your profile in the top right-hand corner of your community page. Click under your picture and then click “View profile.” Once on your profile page, you can click edit profile under your picture. You can also access it here.

From there you can edit things like the products you are interested in, location, job role, title, organization name, and include a short bio. Make sure to hit save when you're done editing.

Need inspiration? Check out this blog. This month, if you update your profile information, you’ll receive this badge:

If you have no changes to make, you can let us know your profile is up to date in this discussion in the monthly challenge forum and you’ll also receive the badge!

A big thanks to All-Star Alex Wong for responding to the most discussions in the community in June. He had 78 replies!
