Hello, we are a Canadian organization and just got the files with NXT Ratings provided by Target Analytics. I need to import them but the knowledgebase ‘how to’ articles are a bit confusing. My understanding is that I do not need to create a data file to do import, but use instead the own files provided by Target Analytics. Anyone here with experience on that? Many thanks.

    @Priscila Napoli I believe that is accurate. It should be a fairly simple process with the data provide by TA. I would start a chat with Blackbaud customer support.
