Appears that I am Not Connected to NXT Database

I attended the most recent usergroup (July 2025) and shared my screen to show how I cant access any lists in NXT from Power Automate.

I have deleted all of my connections and started over the connection process. I have used Chrome & Edge but I am still not able to see any data.

I have lists in NXT that I should be able to see, I have the security access required to see them.

Any ideas on where to go from here?

EDIT: is it possible this is because I am in Canada?

  • @Louise Williams I was not able to attend the user group so I am not sure if this was suggested/tried but did you confirm you are connected to the Microsoft Power Platform app in the Marketplace?

  • @Dan Snyder, I am. I actually clicked the button to remove the connection at the time i was deleting everything and when i started over I added the connection back first.

    Is it as simple as clicking the connect button? or am I missing a “coding type" step somewhere that i need to recheck?

  • @Louise Williams Yes, I believe all you need to do is connect so not sure how else to guide you here.

    For everyone else…. I didnt have any GIFT lists only CONSTITUENT lists!
