We’re hiring! Idaho State University’s Advancement team is seeking a Gift Processing Manager to lead and manage gift entry operations, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with donor intent and financial standards. This role plays a key part in supporting donor stewardship, campaign reporting, and overall fundraising strategy.

This is a full-time, on-campus position based in Pocatello, offering the opportunity to work closely with Finance, Donor Relations, and Development teams to support the University’s mission.
