@Crystal Bruce This is similar to how online express worked. The online gifts are in a single location and easy to process. The auto processing is easier than OE. All new recurring gifts are being processed through webview.

@Crystal Bruce I am uncertain how this particular step may help us. Currently if we enter a pledge it is because we do not have payment information yet. Our online donation forms do not allow for pledges (we do not use NXT forms) so if a donor calls with a pledge payment we take it over the phone to enter via batch and apply to the pledge. We do have recurring gifts with credit cards but those are a little different. I will certainly bring up this option to management and advocate for it since we still utilize BBMS for onsite credit cards.

@Crystal Bruce It seems easy to add - this isn't a feature I'll personally likely use, as most of our pledges wouldn't be automated to a credit card. However, if that situation came up, I could see this being a nice option. Love anything that doesn't require someone to remember to take action so that it occurs!

@Crystal Bruce we may use this in our annual fund appeal this year. I need to look into how it might interface with the online giving form. We want to give people an option to say they are pledging to the annual fund and will pay by June 30, 2026.

This looks like an easy way to enter the pledges/payments but is not something that we will be using at this time. We usually enter things in batches and have a different CC processor.

@Crystal Bruce This is great functionality - however, I would really like to see the opportunity to accept pledges that will not be paid through digital payments. When we migrated from Net Community to LO in 2016 - this functionality was lost and has continued to be a road block for us.

@Crystal Bruce I love this feature, we have been waiting for this feature to go live for the past year as we are in a huge capital campaign with lots of pledges that we've been manually processing. Having them run automatically will save us a lot of time each month running the gifts. It will help us a lot and save us a lot of time, I love it!

@Crystal Bruce We LOVE this feature and are so happy to have it available on our NXT donation forms now! We previously had to use an OLX form to capture online pledges, and still had to remember to manually process them. This feature is a game-changer.

Entering a pledge with payment processing is easy enough - but I'm not sure I'll ever have the chance! Maybe it's different for us because we're a small environmental nonprofit, but we have never had someone make a pledge and offer us payment information at the same time! It's usually a disbursal from a family foundation that they make from their financial institution.

This is a great feature. A lot of our pledges are invoiced but this will be helpful for those who want to do want to use a credit or debit card.
