Which Power Automate License?

Hello friends - just starting on this journey - so excited. Here is my question: Please confirm that in order to use the Blackbaud's premium connectors, we need the = “Power Platform Power Automate per Flow plan" license. At Tech soup it looks like the non profit pricing for this option is $300 annually. Thanks all for your help!

you don't need this license level, just the Power Automate per user plan, $3 per month and ONE user license only needed.
