Qgive and Importomatic

Do any of you use Qgive to handle your events and Importomatic to get the gifts into Raiser's Edge? If so, how did you resolve the issue of Qgive lacking a unique identifier for some things?

@Brenda Yates Can you be more specific about what things you need a unique identified for?

I haven't used the integration with IOM, but when I worked for @David Zeidman, I supported a similar option in Importacular. We had quite a few customers successfully integrating QGiv into RE.

Hi Christine. When selling event registrations there are usually also numerous raffles, gift card pulls and such that may come in but it doesn't assign a unique identifier for each type I don't believe.

@Brenda Yates I wonder if that is something that Qgiv can help (either by pointing you to a field that already exists or by enabling something in their API).
