What program do you use to build a concept map?

I know that best practices call for building a concept map before writing the Power Automate Flows. What program do you use to do this?

    @Susan Fioribello - I use Visio (online version), it's apart of Office 365.

    maybe different terminology, but we call it “flow chart”.

    Visio if you have license for it is best, but if cost is prohibitive, then a simple “bullet” approach is ok too.

    I.e.

    1. get list of gift
    2. loop through every gift
      1. condition if gift is greater than $1000
      2. if yes
        1. get fundraiser of constituent
        2. send email to notify the fundraiser or a default email address for no fundraiser
      3. if no
        1. does nothing

    again, not the best, but helps you lay out your plan on the flow too
