Actions Added By

I am in the process of creating a Power Automate notification for Actions. Part of the notification will show who added the Action. On the Webhook API reference, there is a added_by_id, but I am stumped as to the ID is coming from. Does anyone know or has done something similar? Any help is appreciated.

the id referenced by added by and last changed by is the user id in the RE NXT systems, not constituent system id

Is there a table or someplace where I can access the RENXT User ID without doing a HTTP Request call? Appreciate your help!

Unless you have direct database connectivity to the RE database tables, the API is the only way to know who is the user from the ID.

Any reason why you can't do a HTTP call to the API endpoint for getting user info?

It's a pretty quick and easy HTTP call, if you end up going that route.

Relative path is nxt-data-integration/v1/re/users/{id}, with {id} of course being the user id you're looking up.
