How to Pull All Event Participants (Including Non-Constituents) into a List for Email Marketing

Hi Everyone,

I'm working on an email marketing campaign, and I need to create a comprehensive list of all participants from recent events, including those who are non-constituent event attendees. Does anyone know if there's a way to extract this information from the event module in WebView and add it to a list for email marketing purposes?

Any advice or specific tools/methods that you've found useful would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

it depends on what email marketing tool you are using.

if you are using RE NXT marketing > email tool, you are out of luck, as it can only be sent to a RE NXT saved constituent list. Meaning you cannot sent to any non constituent guest that may have email addresses. (you COULD, and probably should, promate the non constituent guest that have email address to constituent level record, then you can use RE NXT email tool)

if you are using other email tool (Luminate Online, Constant Contact, etc), you can export a list of emails as CSV and load into the tool to send to that list. You “CAN” use the “work with participant” page on RE NXT webview event record, exporting will give you emails (including non constituent guest). However, you will need to do ONE event at a time. If you have many events, it is best to do it in database view with a participant query.

In that case, how does one update multiple participants to constituents?

Omatic software does have a “mass” change ability to promote non constituent to constituents. it is a paid service.
