Query API - Forbidden Error

Options

Hi All,

After seeing Carol Grant's post about refreshing static queries I wanted to try it myself. The problem I'm having is that I keep getting a 403 forbidden error and have no idea how to fix it.

This is how I set up the action to just pull the query list because I can't find the “Copy Link” button in the query editor (need help finding that too) and then this is the error that I get when I run it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, being able to automate refreshing static queries has been a big want on our list as an organization and I'd love to get that working. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks!

  • @David Kortes- Hi David, my apologies about posting questions about the Query API as I think it is only available currently to early adopters to test it out. It will be available soon to others and I heard they are also working on a Query Connector so you won't have to use http requests.

You will soon be able to refresh static queries on a schedule without needing Queue. You will not get any output when you refresh static queries. You will need to run the static query after it refreshes to get a link to output.

  • @Carol Grant - Well that makes a lot of sense! I was also having the same issue with the "Execute Query" functionality. I will just have to patiently wait and manually refresh my queries. ?

    Thanks for the response!
