Event set up in NXT - did not get my confirmation

I'm beginning to create and use NXT online forms instead of OLX. I created a free event and RSVP'd for myself and a guest. According to Blackbaud Events, I should have received an email about the event, which also should allow me to put it on my calendar, however I have not received anything. Anyone know what I am missing. Tks

    Did you make sure your RE NXT can send out email on your org's behalf?

    @Alex Wong, I assumed it would send an email out based on completing the form, as OLX does. Are you saying that the individual will not receive an email when they RSVP unless it goes through Marketing in NXT?

    I currently don't use RE NXT Event Form, but I'm pretty sure you need to setup proper email authentication. Your event form will send out confirmation email to registrant and notification to internal staff. Being able to send these email requires email authentication. Talk to your IT folks that manages your email systems.
