Hi,

Does anyone know which Action is storing the match gifts?
I have pulled Linked Gifts and Payments but nothing shows up.

I am almost done with fully automating our letters and this is final piece.

    @Joel Silva - You can get Matching Gift pledges and payments through the List Gifts or Get a Gift action. If your workflow starts in a Web View gift list, make sure that these gift types are included in the output/results.

    it depends on how your org store information.

    Our org finance department determine that we do not use Matching Gift Pledge/Payment as we do not want “pledge” on the matching company record.

    Alex and Austen, thank you for your responses.

    With your help, I figured it out.

    Basically, the initial gift is not linked to the Pledge Match gift or the Payment Match gift.

    The Pledge Match gift is linked to the initial gift

    The Payment Match gift is linked to both the Pledge Match and initial gift.

    I used the Get Gift action and looked at the output for this info.
