Can I use Constituent Lists to filter reports in PowerBI?

I am using the Blackbaud Connector to get my data. I tried and it appears it is not actually filtering anything. Not sure if this is user error (me) or not how this is designed to be used.

    can you further explain what you are trying to do?

    The power bi connector constituent list will get you constituent records. in power query, which you can do data tranformation and filtering from there. However, I think the connector will try to retrieve all the constituent records first then filter, so it doesn't save any API quota or time.
