Add a thermometer to Giving Tuesday event?

Hello friends, I remember using a thermometer in Online Express years ago, and am hoping that is a possibility with RE NXT for our Giving Tuesday campaign. I'm not finding anything that looks like it's available. Am I missing something? Thanks for your help!
