Case updated: Custom connecter, Table Gift Custom Field is not updating

I have my Raiser's Edge Platform connected to Power BI through this custom connector, Microsoft Power BI - Microsoft Integrations (blackbaud.com). Every table including the Gift and Opportunity table is updated, but now the Gift Custom Table does not update any new custom field entry entered after August 8, 2023. The table's fields, e.g new Gift ID and Gift Custom Field ID, were last updated on August 8 2023, but new modified changes to older gifts and custom fields were still updating till September 14, 2023. There are newer Gift ID and Gift Custom Field ID that were added beyond Aug. 8, but are not showing up. What would be the solution here?
