Sharing my Adaptive Card with a Power Automate Flow template: Address Update Form

Hi all- I developed an Adaptive Card that is on a Constituent Record where users can input any Record Updates into the form and it gets submitted to a shared email box that does our Record Updates. I presented it at the Power Automate Users Group on 4/18 if you want to see that video.

When you click Submit it will kick off a Power Automate flow which will look at what the user has entered and what is currently on the record and send that as an email to Records. This flow does not update anything or do approvals. It only sends information to Records who then updates the record.

You need to setup two applications: one is for the card to appear and take input. Another application to process the information that is entered and run a flow.

Thanks Dan. I am trying to work through those but was stuck on building out the adaptive card. I started with Carol's template but I wanted to add some fields and I was having trouble figuring out how to use the tool. I recall Carol actually went into more details about how to add and change the card in the designer tool so I was hoping to watch that group meeting again to see it that would help. My real issue is not having the time to really dig into it and since my MSForm is a viable stop gap it hasn't been something I've allocated time to. Thanks!

@Carol Grant I have tried to get this work and the adaptive card is blank in RE. I created applications for them both and connected to our environment. I was wondering if you could help me problem solve.
