NXT Event Participants - not showing Sponsors

Hello. After an event showed 5 or 6 “missing” attendees from a report pulled through NXT, I noticed that anyone the system categorizes as a “sponsor” is not showing in the NXT Event list.

How do I get them to show?

@Leticia VillalonSoler I see sponosrs on my lists. Is it possible you have a filter set up?

@Leticia VillalonSoler I noticed this recently for an event we just had in March. I think it was the first time I had been using the Sponsor option through database view. I did not find a way to see Sponsors in web view, as that only shows Participants. I could only see the sponsors in database view.

For the most part it was not terrible since most of our sponsors were our corporate sponsors so they were entities and not people. For those that were actually people I just entered them as a participant with a participant type of event sponsor, since that is what they were doing. They were still able to be entered as hosts of others. Not sure if that was the best way to do it but it worked for me.

NXT? at least individuals listed as sponsors don’t show. The registrations came through a BBNC form, not NXT or OLX. Not sure if that makes a differenc.

@Leticia VillalonSoler NXT Events does not show sponsors for us either. I find this extremely problematic. I even removed all filters and they still do not show.

@Melissa Anderson Similar issue here. If Sponsors are set up in Database View as Sponsors, they do not appear in NXT anywhere. Their guests do, but not the sponsors separately, nor are there comments on the guests that they are guests of those sponsors.
