Registration set up for golf foursomes in events

We have a Golf Tournament and have a registration option for foursomes. How do you set it up so that the host can enter all the names of the foursome. Currently if this is selected, only the host can register. What am I missing? Thank you in advance.

@Jill Deming we do for other events, however when they select the foursome option, it did not give them the option to add guests. Just trying to see if there is something else I need to do for a foursome.

@Jill Deming, how do you have them enter them as their guests? If they select to purchase a “Foursome” they are selecting one foursome and then can only enter one name….

@Melissa Rabinow we did a lot of registrations for foursome's and sponsors in the database view. We did have a registration form for the sponsors and individual golfers which worked for individual golfers.

@Tineke Hage What about payment? How are you collecting individual payments when the team cost is $480. We know most teams will still have each person pay their $120 portion of the team cost.
