Power bi questions

I'm working with a gift list and after connecting the 3 tables (gifts, appeals, and funds), I expanded the “gift splits” column selecting appeal, fund and amount.

My question are:

How do you bring up the “appeal look up”, “fund look up”, and “ account look up” to the power query? Do you prefer to bring up those in the power query or in dashboard?
