We are a small college that uses many Blackbaud products and are looking into Power BI to replace the Crystal reports that we have. Is there anyone who could speak with us/me about how Power BI and the Microsoft stack is working in their institution? Is it very intuitive for the general user and what type of training would be recommended for each department? Thank you!
