Power BI Blackbaud Connection not working

Hi all, I have successfully set up my Power BI Blackbaud connector, have generated reports, charts, published to PowerBI.com without issue up until now.

However, in the last couple of days, when I try to refresh the data Power BI seems to spin while displaying the message “Waiting for Blackbaud." Has anyone had a similar issue before? I have tried re-logging into Blackbaud within PowerBI, and login is successful. But data refreshes seem to hit a wall. If you have any troubleshooting tips, they would be much appreciated! Thank you.

@Evan Webb I am consistently having this issue. While Blackbaud has a whole site dedicated to this integration, it seems it is unfit for use given that I cannot refresh the data. I'm wondering if Blackbaud has any ideas when this might be a stable, production ready integration?

Hey @Evan Webb, how much data are you trying to load into your model? Power BI will error out if the load time exceeds certain times based on license type.
