    I somehow got on a list from Customer Success, and I occasionally get an email announcing the upcoming sessions. Either I attended one and that dropped me on the list, or I deliberately signed up (My Account | Subscriptions). You can register to watch the webinar live, which I often do, or you can register and get a link to the recording to watch later.

    You can also browse the past webinars that you may have missed and watch them on demand.

    These are free and incredibly helpful. Everyone pays a lot for Blackbaud, so make sure you are using the resources available to you!
