Permissions for event deletion in web view

I've finally gotten round/remembering to testing the permissions available in webview for events roles and it appear that deleting an event is included with the “add/edit” permissions.

Typically, at our organisation, we've not given delete event permissions to our users, so that there's no accidental deletion of the wrong duplicate event and it's strange that someone who can't delete an event record in database view, can do this in webview.

I added this to the ideas bank (about a year and a half ago!!) and it'd be handy if just the delete part could get separated out from “add/edit” - Event Permissions - separate delete from add/edit. Please vote for it if this is something you'd like too!
