Power BI Gateway Connection Data Source Credentials

Has anyone using Power BI also used the On-Premises Data Gateway to refresh data? I have it set up, but for some reason am unable to connect the Blackbaud data source. I am guessing not many have, but if you have or have an idea, let me know.

When I click Edit Credentials, the Configure Context screen displays. When I click Sign in, it only spins. There are not Authentication methods in the drop down and I have tried various Privacy levels.

You need to download On-Premises Data Gateway Standard mode not the personal mode.
