Registration form Limited Capacity

does anyone know if the "Limit capacity for this form" option sets the overall capacity for the event or for each registration? For example if we want people to only register up to 5 people is that were we can set that for the form?

The Limit Capacity option is for the whole form, but you can limit the number of registrations per level if you edit the fees (the second page of NXT Event Registration form creation) - there is a place where you can set the “Max Available”. It won't work for each individual if you have multiple registration levels as you could potentially have someone register that maximum for each level, but it's as close as I think you can get.

@Daniel Bayer - thank you!! Exactly what I needed. Do you happen to know how you get the location to appear when someone chooses to add it to their calendar? I see the time and I put the location in the event itself but cannot figure out how to get it to appear on the Location line of the Outlook Calendar entry
