Word Error

I had a flow that created a Word document that was working fine. I made some adjustments to the flow and the letter and now the flow processes, but I can't open the letter - I get this error: - and it doesn't open in the App either. Anyone else come across this or know where/how to best troubleshoot?

@Reuben Schmitz I had a similar error last week and found this in the Power Automate community which fixed my issue. Not sure if this will help with your error since mine was slightly different, but had the same red X.
