Has anyone switched to Encodian since 3/1? Our internal developers have been working diligently to create flows for us, but I want to also explore external paid services for comparison. Open to other vendor suggestions, as well. For background, we have about 40 different letter templates, lots of tributes, a few hundred letters per month. Would love to hear others' experiences. Thanks!

    We started using Encodian in February as part of our new Mail Merge flow. Because we only use it one time a day to combine all of our letters into a print-ready document, we are able to get by on their Free plan which allows the usage of 50 actions per month. What are you planning on using Encodian for?

    We are using it as part of our new mail merge flow (like @Evan Webb ). I believe ours runs up to twice daily on weekdays--we have a tribute card in our flow as well, which I think counts as another run--but we are also under the 50/month and so on the free plan. It works without hassle, which is high praise from me lately….
