Recurring Gift Question

I am working to create a Recurring Gift Acknowledgement and want to include the frequency of the recurring gift. I see the field available under Gifts but it does not populate on the word doc. I don't see it under the raw gift output either. the Start and end dates don't populate either. Am I just missing something or is there something special that needs to be done to enable this info?

    @Reuben Schmitz- Hi Reuben, I am now noticing the same thing and can't figure out why. It appears for 2 of my 3 recurring gifts but not the other. The recurring gift has a schedule and in NXT. Have you had any recent answers to this?
