Outputs Shift to Wrong Content Control Box

When I run my letters through Power Automate, the content is shifting to display in the wrong content control boxes.

For example, here is an image from the merged letter on Share Point.

I am hovering over the “Gift Date” content control. I can see it says “GiftDate”, but the information it contains is the Addressee/Recognition name.

When I go to Power Automate, the outputs under Populate Microsoft Word Template show this:

Everything appears to be mapped correctly. But when it merges, each output is being displayed in the wrong field. It had been working until today. I can't think of anything that would have caused this. Any ideas?
