Sharing Power Automate Flow: Modern Merge Acknowledgement with Contact Name & Fund Description

I believe I have found a solution to create a simple acknowledgement letter that includes the addition of a contact name and position, as well as the addition of a string that combines split amount with fund description.

There are still some issues to be solved:

1. The letter merges an “obj” icon if it receives a null value for contact name or position.

2. The contact address is not considered. This will merge the address for the constituent, which may of course be different than the address associated with the contact.

I am sharing the flow here in hopes that it helps the community (and to see if anyone has a solution to the above issues.)

Just a note that our organization is planning to have a review process before combining letters into one file for printing. We have removed all steps from this flow that would create the print files. We will be creating a separate process to handle this.

I thought I had cracked it using your file rather than the one in the tutorial, however I am still getting the error message;

Any help would be much appreciated, it is really frustrating getting stuck at a point in training!

This error looks like Power Automate is hunting for a letter file that it cannot find. I have attached a template letter here with file names that match my original flow. Make sure to upload this to a SharePoint folder and then change the flow settings for “Populate a Word Document” to point toward wherever you have saved the template.

We're facing the same issue at my org and Blackbaud is not being helpful in this issue. Would like to at least test it out to see if it compatible for my org.
