Any ability (oem or plug-in) for registrant to add party, guest, and/or participant information after initial registration?

We have numerous events where the registrant will purchase a table seating 10, for example, but they may not know who all (or any) of those 10 people will be at the time of initial registration.

Adding in those attendee details after initial registration is a time-consuming process – is there any functionality which allows the registrant to go back into their “account” (registration) and enter this detail? Either through native RE/NXT functionality, or via a plug-in?
