Power BI Custom Connector and power BI personal gateway connection issue

We have had great success setting up the Custom connector for RE NXT and creating reports in PBI desktop. However are having issues getting the Personal Gateway to refresh automatically using the gateway and the custom connector. Is anyone out there willing to assist with this issue.
