Sharing my Power Automate Flow: Microsoft Outlook/RE NXT Email Handling

Summary
This Flow looks at every email that comes into a specific Outlook Folder (in real time). It searches for the constituent within RE NXT. If it can’t find a constituent, it flags the message. If it finds a constituent, it adds the email as an Action to the RE NXT Constituent record. If it finds multiple constituents, it moves the email to a specific Duplicates folder for follow up.

Configuration Needs

After importing the Flow and authorizing the Connections, you will need to edit the Outlook Folder locations in the Flow.

Hi Linton Myers‍ - Thanks for sharing your flow! It's a great idea! When implementing this can you set up the flow to run on another colleague's inbox or will it only look at the owner's inbox?

@Linton Myers This flow will save all incoming emails. Do you have a solution for saving outgoing emails to donors or responses to emails?
