We are currently recruiting for a position on our great team at the University of Cincinnati Foundation: Assistant Director, Prospect Development (West Campus)

This position partners with half of our non-health care academic units and fundraisers to optimize prospective donor pools and pipelines, while providing the strategic insights required to effectively manage UCF’s relationship with its constituents. S/he will develop strong partnerships with front-line fund raisers in developing strategic recommendations and approaches for prospects at various points of the donor cycle. S/he acquires understanding of the goals and needs of each unit supported and any unique industry related trends of that area, and advises development officers and other staff on prospect management best practices and proper procedures. Additionally, the Assistant Director will work independently and collaboratively with other members of the team to provide necessary research to carry out various fund-raising programs and objectives on behalf of the UC Foundation and the University of Cincinnati, while ensuring that all research conducted is accurate, comprehensive and produced on a timely basis.
