The Lowcountry Food Bank in beautiful Charleston, SC is hiring a Donor Database Coordinator. The Donor Database Coordinator is a critical member of the development department and is responsible for a wide range of database services including maintaining Raiser’s edge (RE) NXT software and ensuring the timely and accurate recording and acknowledgement of donations; responding to donor inquiries via phone, email, website, postal mail, and in-person; accepting, entering, reconciling, acknowledging and reporting donations and event registrations; importing event participation files from external vendors, and assisting at events. It is essential that the donor data is accurate and remains up to date. A high level of customer service is also required.
