The Leadership Conference Education Fund and The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights is seeking to fill a new position at the organization for a Data Manager (DM). The organization has recently implemented a new suite of integrated CRM tools to share constituent information, data, and processes across multiple departments, and will be looking for a candidate with the skills and experience to manage the day-to-day operations as well as lead and educate staff around the adoption of the tools.

The Data Manager is responsible for the efficient usage of data and constituent management systems at The Leadership Conference, including but not limited to Raiser’s Edge and RE/NXT, ImportOmatic, Luminate Online, Higher Logic and other reporting systems, and requires a high level of technical ability and skill.

The Data Manager oversees and helps to create data solutions and reporting solutions for multiple departments including Development, Communications, Finance and Executive and Operations. The person in this role will work closely with Development staff on various reporting projects.

A major component of this position will be recommending best practices to the organization, effectively communicating them to staff members, and guiding the organization through the implementation of changes to the existing processes and systems.

The ultimate goal is to create efficiencies and an optimal infrastructure to support the organization’s growth.

What You Will Bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience is required.
  • A deep knowledge of Raiser’s Edge and RE/NXT CRM systems is required.
  • Experience with Luminate Online and data synchronization processes through ImportOmatic are strongly preferred.
  • Experience with other Blackbaud products (Blackbaud Merchant Services, TeamRaiser, etc.) is a bonus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of HTML highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders, work effectively on project teams, adhere to deadlines and manage change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, integrating, and managing cross-departmental CRM technology and process solutions; must be comfortable moving between the worlds of technology and fundraising and policy and be able to communicate with staff in both.
  • Experience integrating a fundraising database or CRM system with Finance Department accounting software is a plus.
