The Data and Finance Specialist is a part-time position (25 hours/week) that is responsible for managing the agency’s donor data base and supporting agency fundraising activities, as well as processing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting the agency’s financial management needs. Duties are split approximately 50/50 between Development and Finance functions, with some fluctuation around special events, year-end giving, agency audit, etc.


The position is based in Chicago, Illinois, and offers flexible/telecommuting options; however, it does require a minimum of one day per week in the office. Applications can be sent to jobs@chicagolandhabitat.org.

Chicagoland Habitat for Humanity (CHFH) is a support organization for the eight Habitat for Humanity affiliates serving the Chicagoland area (i.e., Cook County and the five collar counties of northeastern Illinois). These Habitat affiliates build and repair homes in their communities and support families, in collaboration with the community. CHFH supports affiliates and leverages Habitat’s regional capacity by providing financial resources, organizational assistance, shared services and metro-wide communications and coordination of efforts.
