JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

Donor Services Coordinator is responsible for the processing, recording, and acknowledging of charitable gifts for the Gilchrist development team. This part-time position has significant responsibilities with donor records management, data mining, gift reporting and financial accounting Bachelor’s Degree preferred Three years’ experience with data entry and gift processing in a non-profit setting or translatable skillset Computer networking and software applications including Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, Excel, and Word Knowledge of Luminate Online a plus Financial skills, including efficient and accurate gift processing and reporting Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to interact successfully with the general public, donors, clients and volunteers Strong customer service knowledge
